Learn essential quilting techniques including accurate cutting, rotary cutter and ruler use, perfect 1/4" seams, pressing, fabric selection, and choosing needles and threads. Create a four-block quilt with borders (approximately 30" square), then baste, quilt, and hand-finish the binding.
